Always Dial Local Emergency Telephone Services First
If you or someone around you is experiencing a medical emergency, trauma, road accident, or life-threatening crisis, immediately dial your country's official emergency services number:
1. Product Nature âĸ Emergency Information Only
Emergency ID is strictly an emergency information tool. It is designed solely to store and display personal emergency details (such as designated next-of-kin contacts, blood group, allergies, conditions, and basic medications) to first responders and bystanders.
Emergency ID is NOT:
- A medical device or regulated clinical product
- A medical diagnostic, triage, or clinical advisory service
- An ambulance dispatch, emergency monitoring, or call center service
- A substitute for professional medical assessment or treatment
2. Customer-Reported Information
All details stored within an Emergency ID profile are entered directly by the customer (or their designated family manager/carer). Emergency ID does not verify, validate, or cross-check this information against hospital medical records, laboratory results, or physician notes.
First responders, paramedics, physicians, and good Samaritans must exercise standard medical protocol and clinical judgment when administering first aid or emergency medical care.
3. Technical & Environmental Factors
The accessibility of an Emergency ID profile depends on third-party factors outside our control, including:
- Whether the responder possesses a smartphone with an operational camera
- Cellular network and internet connectivity in the geographic area
- Physical readability of the QR code (damaged screens, broken wallet cards, dirt)
- Device battery power
To maximize reliability, we recommend carrying both the lock-screen wallpaper and a physical printable wallet card or wristband insert.
4. No Warranty on Medical Outcomes
Emergency ID makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the actions taken by any first responder, hospital staff, or third party. Use of this service is at your sole discretion and risk.
